Membership fees help fund the upkeep and vital work in the community that the MH carries out. This work includes:


  • Conservation and maintenance of this historically important building
  • Funding the many exciting research and educational opportunities we supply
  • Developing the Mint House as a focus for ecologically sound community activity and involvement
  • Ensuring that everyone is welcome in heritage, regardless of age, orientation, ethnicity, gender and background.
  • Keeping our events and open days free so that all can enjoy our activities and this historic building
